Terms of use and membership.

ACCESS Blockchain Association (Malaysia) (“ACCESS”) is a non-profit, platform-agnostic industry association for Malaysia’s blockchain and digital-asset sector, established in 2017. ACCESS does not offer, promote or advise on any investment, token or financial product. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.

• You may browse the site and share links to it freely.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the member portal, admin area or any account that is not yours.
• You must not scrape, overload or interfere with the site, or submit false information through any form.
• Anything you submit to a public form (for example an ecosystem listing) must be accurate and yours to share.

Two tiers are offered. Current fees and benefits are listed on the membership page.

• Individual membership — one seat with association voting rights, for builders, students, researchers and professionals.
• Enterprise membership — up to five named seats with voting rights, for companies, exchanges and institutions.

Fees are annual, in Malaysian ringgit, and are due when an application is approved. Membership starts on the date of payment and runs for one year. ACCESS may change the fees for future terms; existing members will be told before their renewal.

Every application is reviewed by the committee. ACCESS may decline an application without giving a reason. Enterprise applicants must supply a company logo and description; on approval these are published on the partner wall, which is a benefit of enterprise membership.

• Membership is personal to the individual, or to the named organisation, and is not transferable.
• Enterprise seats belong to the organisation. It may replace a person in charge by telling ACCESS in writing.
• Membership renews only when the renewal fee is paid. Benefits, portal access and voting rights lapse when a term expires.
• Fees are not refundable once a membership has started, except where the law requires it.

Members agree to the code of conduct. ACCESS may suspend or end a membership, without refund, where a member breaches these terms or the code of conduct, brings the association into disrepute, or fails to pay. A member may resign at any time by writing to devaccessblockchainmy@gmail.com.

• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• Material in the members-only area, including publications and discount codes, is for members and must not be redistributed.
• The members directory is for networking within the association, not for bulk marketing or scraping.

Events are announced on this site and on the ACCESS calendar. Registration and any ticketing run on the platform linked from each event, under that platform’s terms. Event details can change; the event page shows the latest information. Attendees are bound by the code of conduct.

The ACCESS name, mark and site design belong to the association. Partner and member logos belong to their owners and are shown with permission. Publications and research may be shared with attribution to ACCESS unless a publication says otherwise. Press and partners may use the assets in the media kit under the rules stated there.

The site and its content are provided as is. ACCESS takes care to keep information accurate but does not guarantee it, and is not liable for decisions made in reliance on it or for content on third-party sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. ACCESS may update them; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site or membership after a change means you accept it. Where these terms and the association’s constitution differ, the constitution prevails for members.
